OO Analyst Expert Instructor and Consultant

We are expanding and looking to hire a highly-motivated, smart and witty individual to provide teaching to our corporate clients in the area of Object Oriented Analysis and Design. We need someone who has outstanding communication and public-speaking skills.

Our client list includes companies like Wells Fargo, CNA, Bose, The IRS, Chase Manhattan, DuPont and many others. We have been in business over 10 years, providing industry leading training for over 120 companies.

This position requires an excellent level of education and/or experience in the field and a predisposition to modeling activities. OO Programming skills would be a plus. Master’s Degrees in Computer Science with Business minors are best, but we would consider other backgrounds as well. Newly minted graduates are welcome to apply.

You will need to be able to relocate to Fairfield Iowa, known as “Silicorn Valley” of the Midwest, for its high level of entrepreneurial activity. Here you can enjoy a small town lifestyle, with many of the amenities of the big city, minus the traffic jams, crime, etc.

This position will require frequent travel, with an average of 50% of each month on the road teaching on site at corporations or consulting. Compensation is based on your background, includes substantial travel bonuses and quickly evolves based on actual performance and amount of responsibilities that you take on.
